Something Personal

This may not seem like your typical blog post material but, after five medical appointments last week, I was fortunate enough to get three good nights of sleep in a row this past weekend, for a change.  In talking to my sleep specialist, we realized that I had been getting very little REM sleep for months.  It’s a wonder that I managed to hold up as well as I did, recently.  I use a CPAP machine and we finally found a good way for me to use it effectively.  People have already commented that I look and sound better.  I am quite grateful!
